Master Bhavani in real life
Master Bhavani in real life |
If there is one film that has been released this year (2021) that has captivated the minds of all of us, it is Master. Although our Thalapathy Vijay played better than usual in the master movie, one character that impressed us all was Bhavani.
This bhavani character is villain throughout the movie. Although this Bhavani character was portrayed as a villain, the Bhavani character who was portrayed as a villain in other films had slightly different powers. This Bhavani character had strong hands like iron like the Avengers, DC comic characters had. The character is suffered very much in his child age because of poverty and other family problems. Then one time he gone to jail and some people hurt him. Then this character hits his hands on the wall to reduce his stress and turned it into iron to settle his anger.
Can we get iron hands like Bhavani by doing the same? That’s what we’re going to look at in this post.
Shihan Hussaini (Karate Expert) says that in the art of karate our hand becomes accustomed to facing some difficult situations like this by striking hands on objects like tiles and bricks. He says it is 100% possible to achieve iron hands like the tricks and exercises of arts like karate and kung fu.
The science behind this is:
When we constantly hit our hands on the wall, the bones of the will hand break down. This is called in physical therapy as micro fracture. Bone Remodeling is the name given to the bone that grows stronger and healthier after this decay. For example, when our first tooth falls out and germinates again, and it becomes slightly stronger also. This is how decay arises.
But doctors say that doing so can cause permanent damage to the Sagittal Band of the hand. This area of boxing, which is usually used by boxers, remains vulnerable. If they are not taking any treatment for that pain that will cause a permanent hand related problems.
