1. Lying down in the trash can causes diseases related to the spine. This disc is prone to wear and tear so reduce the amount of sleep that can occur so we can move the body easily.
2. Are you going to believe that sleeping on the couch causes wrinkles on our face? But the truth is that they do occur. When we wake up sometime in the early morning we will notice that there are some dimpled ridges on our face. These traces on the face are caused by it pressing our face against the pillow. And sleeping like this causes problems like facial swelling without getting enough blood flow to our face. Over the course of the day this problem reduces the elasticity of the skin on the face and causes wrinkles so lie down straight and watch the blood flow to the face.

Because we have more weight on our abdomen when we lie down, the spine above the abdomen is slightly more flexible than the rest of the spine and the spinal cord plays an important role in carrying information to the brain. This is the reason why the body becomes numb when we lie down and sleep for some time.

The blood vessels that carry the oxygen needed by our brain during continuous lying down sleep, when it comes to the neck area, our neck narrows slightly so that the arteries constrict in that place and thus block the flow of oxygenated blood to the brain. So we often have to wake up at night without getting enough rest for the brain.
5. Breathing disorders are caused when our lungs are under too much pressure with the floor when we fall asleep. Asthma cholesterol can be life threatening for patients.
You may think that we have not talked about the benefits for so long. Doctors say that snoring does not occur when you lie down and sleep. However, to prevent these disorders from happening to you, we need to reduce our daily sleep and improve our health.
